Hair Follicle Drug Testing- 12 Panel
The 12-panel hair follicle test offers one of the most extensive drug screenings available, giving employers a 90-day detection window and a deeper look into long-term substance use. This test is ideal for DOT-regulated industries, safety-sensitive roles, and companies that require more advanced screening than standard urine or 5-panel/9-panel options. A small hair sample is collected quickly and discreetly—no shaving, no discomfort, and no disruption to the donor. Because hair testing is extremely hard to cheat, employers rely on it for accurate, court-admissible results. The 12-panel test includes all substances from the standard 9-panel, plus additional commonly abused prescription and synthetic drugs: Amphetamines & Methamphetamines Cocaine Opiates (Codeine, Morphine) Phencyclidine (PCP) Marijuana (THC) Barbiturates Benzodiazepines Propoxyphene Methadone Oxycodone/Oxymorphone Ecstasy/MDMA Hydrocodone/Hydromorphone
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE however you may reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment. If it is less than 24 hours, a NON REFUNDABLE rescheduling fee of $50 will be incurred. -No Call/ No Show Policy: After 15 minutes, without any notice, you will be responsible to book and pay for another test. -Additional Mileage Policy: Testing sites greater than 10 miles from our main office will incur an additional $30 fee. If the testing site is more than 10 miles away, the additional fee will be determined by the administrator. A separate invoice will be sent with the additional fee.
